
I am Sydney Hilton– a registered dietitian and lover of all things health and wellness! My goal is to show people that living a healthy lifestyle does not mean that you have to stop eating all of your favorite foods, nor does it mean that you have to exercise 24/7!
My Journey




2012 – Dieting journey began when I was 12 years old, lots and lots of salads and I even became vegan for a couple years.
2015 – Developed an eating disorder that I kept quiet for quite some time; started over-exercising to try to help with my weight loss.
2016 – Diagnosed with Celiac Disease; started to seek help to overcome my disordered eating.
2018 – Moved to Michigan to begin college at Michigan State University; my love for exercise and learning about health and nutrition grew to new heights.
2021 – Graduated from MSU with a B.S. in Dietetics; completed my Dietetic Internship, and began working as a dietitian.
2022 – Married the love of my life and moved home to Arizona.
